Ruici Tio Regional Lead, Safety & Integrity Programmes, APAC at Meta

Ruici is the Regional Lead for Safety and Integrity Policy Programs for APAC at Meta where he leads programs on AI literacy and youth safety and wellbeing. He has been working in international development and social impact in Asia since 2009 and specialises in evidence-based program design and cultivating partnerships with local community based organizations to global institutions.

Francesca Rossi AI Ethics Global Leader at IBM

Dr. Francesca Rossi is an IBM fellow and the IBM AI Ethics Global Leader. Her research interests focus on artificial intelligence, specifically constraint reasoning, preferences, multi-agent systems, computational social choice, and collective decision making. She is also interested in ethical issues in the development and behaviour of AI systems, in particular for decision support systems for group decision making.

Lotti Siniscalco Partner at Emergence Capital

Lotti Siniscalco is a Partner at Emergence Capital. Lotti brings tremendous domain understanding in fintech, where she spent years as both an operator and investor. At Advent International, the large global private equity fund, she spent three years investing in financial services and technology companies, and was an observer on TransUnion's board. She also worked in the business operations group at fintech startup NerdWallet, and was an early stage investor at Ribbit Capital, a fintech-focused VC, where she led diligence on companies in the cyber insurance and 401K spaces.
